I struggled with the bed's firmness. it was too stiff for my comfort, even with plenty of pillows. I wished for larger pillows instead of those smaller ones. One major issue was the soft water, making surfaces slippery. I almost slipped getting out of the jacuzzi. Plus, the jets in the jacuzzi were poorly placed—so not worth the extra cost. Cleaning the tub before using it due to a tacky residue left by previous guests was unpleasant. On the bright side, some staff members were friendly and accommodating, helping to balance the experience. However, the breakfast area could definitely use some layout changes to prevent a crowded feel. All in all, the place has potential but needs tweaks to enhance comfort and cleanliness.
